Plymouth is the largest city in Devon and during the summer months Plymouth Sound is a hub of activity. Plymouth boasts the National Marine Aquarium, the UK’s largest with over 70 species of shark and for the adults, tours of the Plymouth Gin Distillery, the oldest working gin distillery in the world.
Exeter is a historic city famous for Exeter Cathedral, with beautiful architecture and underground passages there is much to see and do. Following the coast south and you come to the English Riveira Torbay, a host of tourist attractions perfect for families including the natural cave Kent’s Cavern, the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway and Paignton Zoo.
