UK Date: Monday, March 08, 2010 Hi There, We stayed at Kilbrannan last wednesday (3-3-10) and was greeted by Gary and was shown into his guest lounge for a nice chat- soon after we was shown to our room and we must say the guesthouse is very very clean, has flat screen tv's, tea,coffee etc in your room, hair dryer that actually works! ps 2, dvd player, digital tv, it was great! The breakfast in the morning was cooked to perfection and we was waited on hand and foot by Julie- Gary's lovely wife, we are soon to return with My Parents who I know will love the guesthouse as much as we did :0) |

You will be greated by a very friendly family atmosphere & be given there full attention. The rooms, food and atmosphere are not to be missed. You will be guaranteed to come away feeling relaxed. The rooms are very high standard with modern furnishings and very comfy beds. Drinks prices are excellent value for money too and we highly recommend you try Gary's pie for evening meal. We are currently counting the weeks till June when we can return to kilbrannan for our two week holiday, its our second home by the sea and Gary, Julie & Charlie feel not only like good friends but like family. This simply is the best guest house in great yarmouth in our opinion that is. Thank you Gary, Julie & Charlie for looking after us so well. See you all soon. x |

We had the luxury accommodation on the ground floor which was like a home from home being very comfortable and having lots of space. The breakfast was the best we have ever tasted and with regards to the service and welcome that we received from Gary, Julie & Charlie was one that you do not encounter so much of today and we will stay there without hesitation in the future |

Their high Standards never drop from the warm welcome to the best breakfast you can imagine. The rooms are all large and full of everything you need from the over flowing hostess tray to the bathroom xtras, the beds are large and comfy.The whole house is totally spotless and nothing is too much. Gary, Julie and Charlie make you feel at home from the time you arrive to the time you leave. I would highly recommend this guest house. |

The rooms are fantastic with every thing you could want, everywhere smells fresh and clean and the breakfast was the best we have ever tasted. I had a full english and Sheila had the smoked Haddock with poached eggs. Gary, Julie & Charlie are the perfect hosts and are available all day. It was great to get to know them all in the very comfortable guest lounge. Please take our advice: Kilbrannan Guesthouse is quite simply better than the rest. We have already booked our next visit. |

If chain hotels could perform like the Kilbrannan with two perfect hosts like Gary and Julie, then the chain hotels would go out of business. Pleasant, clean, inviting with great food. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone whether on business or pleasure. |

The breakfasts were beautiful, the rooms are spotlessly clean thats probably because Julies always hoovering and polishing :), the beds are so comfy and the rooms very spacious.
