These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to those Accounts that join the Affiliate Program

Commission Payments

BedandBreakfasts.co.uk reserves the right not to make payments to account holders who have incorrectly entered their bank details and will not be held responsible for any losses arising from these errors.

Payment Method and Payment Thresholds

BedandBreakfasts.co.uk pay commission via Direct Funds transfer which a costly business and only those accounts that have exceeded the commission payment threshold in any calendar year will receive payments. This figure is set at $50.00 USD for the year 2005/2006.

Calculation of Currency Conversion

BedandBreakfasts.co.uk uses US Dollars as its base currency. The conversion rate is determined by BedandBreakfasts.co.uk and is set as economic conditions dictate. The payable figure for commission payments will be set at year end and will be an average of the year's exchange rates with the currency that the payment was made.

Termination of Agreement

BedandBreakfasts.co.uk reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate program without notice. BedandBreakfasts.co.uk will only make commission payments to those accounts which have exceeded the payment threshold figure for that year.

Right to commission payments

Commission is tracked and is only payable to Affiliate program account holder when the same username is used by the Establishment that was suggested to BedandBreakfasts.co.uk. In the unlikely event that the Establishment suggested uses a Third-Party marketing organisation to advertise on BedandBreakfasts.co.uk the commission payment will not be payable.

Removal Of Content

BedandBreakfasts.co.uk reserve the right to remove any content from the site which we deem to be unsuitable.

International Accounts

The affiliate program is only open to Account Holders with Bank Accounts open in the countries where BedandBreakfasts.co.uk operates. Additional Charges incurred by BedandBreakfasts.co.uk when transfering commission payments to non-UK accounts will be deducted from the commission payment before it is made.

Right of Appeal

The decision of BedandBreakfasts.co.uk is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
