Situated two minutes walk from the historic beachfront in Worthing, these self contained contemporary apartments are located in the first floor and second floor of this Edwardian building. Stylish and cosy decor. Quiet bedroom overlooking the back garden with four single beds, two of them can be zip linked together. Shower, toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area are for your own use in this furnished apartment. Free Wifi. Large 55 inch smart TV. Free parking either on the side streets or limited spaces behind the building. There are two mini supermarkets, a pub, a fitness gym, ATM cash machine, fish and chips takeaway, two cafés, launderette, petrol station, Chinese spa, hairdresser opposite to the building. There are many restaurants nearby. Twice National Pier Society's Pier of the Award winning Worthing Pier has Art Deco building and Worthing Town Centre is a twelve minute walk along the beach. Worthing Pier is one of the most beautiful spots to watch sunset from. Several water sports, fishing activities are possible from Worthing beach. Dome cinema is one of the oldest cinemas in the country. Connaught Theatre and Cinema, Pavilion Theatre are also in the town centre. These apartments are situated at the foot end of South Downs National Forest that is a perfect location for visitors, hikers visiting the Downs, cyclists riding the South coast, holiday makers and contractors. Brighton is twelve mile drive or a flat bicycle ride along the coast from the apartments. Highdown gardens, Arundel castle are a short drive from the apartments. There is a bus stop next to the building with good links to Brighton and Portsmouth. It is a mile from the Worthing Hospital that is the first non speciality hospital that is rated as "Outstanding" by Care Quality Commission England. The building is Edwardian with old carpets in the communal entry hallway but the apartments itself have decent carpets. Unfortunately there are no disabled access or lifts available to get to the first and second floor location of the flats but the door frames are decently wide.
