A real Yorkshire castle. 150 acres of parkland. And a lot more going on than you’d expect. Cave Castle has been here for over 150 years — turrets, stone walls, the lot — but it doesn’t take itself too seriously. We’re not a museum piece. We’re a proper hotel where people come to eat well, sleep well, and actually enjoy themselves. There’s three places to eat, an 18-hole golf course, a full health club with a 19-metre pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms, plus an on-site spa. Rooms run from castle chic to contemporary. And the events calendar means there’s almost always a reason to come back. Worth knowing: we host live events most weekends, sometimes running until around 1am.
